He followed up after to ensure that I was able to install the parts correctly. He is a great asset to the organization!

Excellent Customer Service by Gisele P. I replaced my Fire Magic Grill after 10 years. It was delivered timely and loaded in the back yard. My plumber Installed it with a new gas line on a Thursday and we had a great BBQ on Saturday. Gisele followed up to make sure everything was working as planned and I confirmed it was. I recommend this company.

Great service. Easy to work with. We bought a house and had no info on an old grill. Worked with Chris to find out the model then ordered all new "guts"... They came quickly and we got a handyman to install the parts, although, in hindsight I prob could have done it myself. Anyway, now it's all working great. Super happy with the service
